• Prices in US dollars, before tax. Tax is calculated at checkout from your location.

• Two volumes. $2,295 per seat. Teams get the lower of the bundle price and their seat tier, never both. Early access and the follow-on price are per volume and cost less when they apply; the buy page says when.
• Follow-on price. Anyone holding a seat on one volume on sale gets another volume at $1,095 a seat, for any seat count, in either order, for 90 days after the newer of the two opens: Volume 2 for Volume 1 holders and Volume 1 for Volume 2 holders. It is applied at checkout for the buyer's email, the address the other seat is under, and not on quotes.
• Access runs 12 months from first sign-in; unused seats expire 12 months after purchase.
• Renewal $295 per seat, any time before expiry and until 90 days after. Renewal keeps your people on the current edition.

Terms in Brief

• Card sales are made by Stripe as merchant of record. The receipt comes from Stripe (Link) and the statement reads LINK.COM* KC SERVICE CONSULTING.
• Orders under $5,000 are card only. Purchase orders are accepted from $5,000, net 30. New Mexico gross receipts tax is added on invoiced orders where it applies. Invoices paid by card carry the card-processing line. W-9, SAM UEI and NAICS are available on request.
• A seat may be reassigned to another person while the first holder is under 25 percent complete. Departed users may be swapped at renewal.
• After the 90-day renewal window a returning student buys a new seat at the current price and keeps the certificates and transcript history.
• Corrections are free and immediate. A new edition is free to anyone with active access; lapsed students get it by renewing. Early-access buyers get the recorded lectures free when they are added.
• The text does not print; the lab kit pages do, while access is active. No downloads except the certificate, the transcript and the Volume 2 and 3 scripts.
• The certificate is a certificate of completion, not a certification. No CEU or PDH credit is granted. A statement of hours is available, with acceptance at the board's discretion.
• Refund within 14 days if no certificate has been issued and fewer than 20 percent of sections are passed. Unactivated team seats are refunded or credited within 30 days. Stripe, as seller of record for card sales, may also refund within 60 days at its own discretion. Refunds go to the original payment, including tax; a refunded seat's certificate is revoked.
